Mango Chutney Salsa

This is an Indian-inspired condiment which pairs perfectly with Curried Turkey Burgers. It would also be awesome with our Gluten-Free Flatbread; of course you can enjoy it with pita, naan, or tortilla chips. It’s super-fresh, and perfectly balances sweet mango with spicy jalapeno and fresh ginger.

Mango Chutney Salsa

Chutneys are sauces originating from India. This recipe is a derivative, raw expression of traditional chutney. It's meant to be served as a condiment with Curried Turkey Burgers or with pita, naan, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!

  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 jalapeno minced
  • 3-4 green onions minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper diced
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • Mix to combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
