This recipe comes from the original “30 Minute Meals” by Rachael Ray. We adapted to make it low-FODMAP friendly, and we took the theme a step further by creating an Indian-inspired Mango Chutney Salsa to top the burger. This was an easy and delicious burger, perfect for a weekend cookout or weekday dinner.
Curried Turkey Burgers
This recipe comes from Rachael Ray's original "30 Minute Meals" cookbook. We made some changes to make it low-FODMAP friendly. I enjoyed mine with tomato slices, Mango Chutney Salsa, and sliced green onion, while my boys made a sandwich with brioche rolls.

Notes
We’ve had our copy of “30 Minute Meals” for more than 15 years. We don’t use it that often anymore, but it’s like a comforting blanket – we like knowing it’s still on our bookshelf, and that we can grab it whenever we need a really simple base recipe.
